INTRODUCTION
The Solar Direct Policies Handbook is a tool to help promote a
cooperative, healthy, fair, and professional atmosphere, to spell out
the details of each policy, and to provide for the administration of
these policies.
Our single most common goal is summarized in the Vision Statement
which encourages us to work together in an inspired manner to meet
the needs of our customers, remembering our customers are our
most important asset.
This handbook was prepared to help you better understand your
responsibilities as a subcontractor, and replaces any and all earlier
handbooks and/or policies, whether written, oral, or established
by practice.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This document is a working draft, the purpose of its early and
partial release being the fair and uniform implementation of the
policies contained to this point.
The contents have been reviewed multiple times, but are still in
the review process, and open to changes. After completion and final
review, the Handbook content will be reviewed by Solar Direct’s
attorney for legal correctness and then redistributed.
